{Guest Post} Certainty in our Soul/Psychic Information

Knowing / Feeling are the clairs that I rely upon and trust the most 
- though it is and has been an ongoing journey / practice. 

Knowing / Feeling can be tricky to express to others - especially if you are not confident in yourself and/or your intuitive gifts 
- because they can't be "proven" to those you are reading for with pictures or clairaudience, which for some reason gives the readee more confidence in the information you are receiving. 

I've been asked so many times: "How do you know that?" 
And the only answer I often can, in truth, give is: 
"I don't know. I just know." 

When your info hits up against big resistance in a readee 
they can easily dismiss what you say 
if you do not own it and have certainty in your information. 

In dismissing your info, the readee dodges that pesky psychic info/healing bullet 
(even if that's what they've consciously told you they want) 
and the reader may receive invalidation energy if they are not: aware, in seniority, and clearing their own pictures. 

Over time I've learned that the only way to not end up constantly questioning my own information, and end up in the above situation is to learn to trust myself FIRST 
for no other reason than because I am in alignment with Source and with my highest self. 

And then I must get off my ass, and off my high horse, and be VIGILANT about being in alignment with Source and my highest self - ha! 

At the end of the day trust in myself and my own information is the only thing I have when all else has failed. 

You can "prove" your Knowing / Feeling info to yourself over time if that's what it takes by:

• constant conscious awareness of your energy and the energy of those around you, 
• not relying on others for validation (often it's when you are right-on about something that you will be invalidated the most), 
• not getting reliant / addicted / caught up in the validation of others (this can easily pull me out of neutrality and humility, which ultimately pulls me out of alignment with Source and my highest self), 
• research and perhaps even keeping a personal "certainty building" journal that can be looked at later to help build the case for yourself that you and your Knowing / Feeling info CAN be trusted. 

Then after all that BS, let it go, forget about it, and get on with your life. 
That's when the magic usually starts happening for me.

Is allowing the spiritual experience of love a challenging process?

Allowing the spiritual experience of love - Being love - is for many of us a process;
an often challenging process.
We could let it be easier… but we usually don’t ; )

Meanwhile, many of us can just let-go and BE Love a little bit more, right now!
We can allow ourselves to experience the Love that we Are, the Love that IS:

• In our Bodies: the love that Flows in and through us;
• As spirit - the love from which we come, in which we live, and to which we inevitably return…

Most of us can say Hello to the spiritual frequency, the song, of Love
in our conscious spiritual experience right Now,
even if only a shadow of the full-mind-blowing experience that is possible.

Some of us are so blocked, it is hard at first. 
But most of us can visit this place (this spiritual experience / focus / consciousness of Love)
- even though many of us are not ready to live there, full-time.

Most of us are not trained or supported to invite / allow this spiritual experience, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t available.
Many of us are merely unskilled in accessing the experience of love spiritually/directly
- this is why learning and practice can make Such a difference for most of us.

I: You are already a Spiritual Reader, Creator, Healer, Leader... so why is life so hard?

You are already a Spiritual Reader
You have inner leadings and intuition, you receive soul information - to see, hear, know, feel the truth within you.

You are already a Spiritual Creator
You are manifesting your experiences - inside and outside yourself;  co-creating your body, your life, and your world.

You are already a Spiritual Healer
Your presence matters - you are loving, supporting, serving, helping to make your world better - just Try to stop you!

You are already a Spiritual Leader
You are teaching others by who you BE, what you DO, how you are moving forward in your life - in the face of many obstacles.

What more could you want, could you need?
Well... for most of us, that isn't the case:
 
Many of us are flying Blind.
Our spiritual eyes, ears are closed to the very info we need to thrive.  We are unclear about the Energetic Information that is right there at our fingertips.  Someone (them? us?) was afraid of us seeing the truth, didn't like us marching to our own drummer - so we accommodated, we shut-down. 

Some of us are Hiding.
We are inundated with too much input!  Overwhelmed with our own and others emotions, energy, expectations...  We need to turn-down the volume - but instead we have turned it off.  We can learn to comfortably let life Freely Flow around and through us, but instead we contract.

Most of us aren't Shining like we could be.
We are hiding from our pain as well as our joy, from our Light, as well as our Darkness...  We believe the lies that we aren't good enough, don't deserve, should shut-up. We step off the 'stage' and hide in the 'wings'.  Then we ask: Why am I Always the Bridesmaid, but never the Bride?

A lot of us are, well, Stuck.
We are not letting Life and Energy Flow.  We are in Resistance.  We are worn-out by our own habits, and our isometric exercises - fighting ourselves!!  We have had too much of the pain, depression, trauma; we have had too much of the anxiety, worry; we've frozen.  We've fallen and we can't get up.

This was my experience, above.  This is my experience, below:

My clairvoyance opened up spectacularly about 20 years ago - but I couldn't control it, and I saw a lot of scary things!  I had been a big empath since I was young, trying to protect myself in an abusive home - it didn't help.  My spiritual information didn't seem to help me.

I was called as a healer about 20 years ago - but, although I could help others feel better, I only felt worse. I ended up with almost every malady of the massage clients that I helped to heal.  I meant to protect myself, but had not a clue what that really meant.  I was a Healer who couldn't help myself.

I spiraled down into years of chronic illness, bed-bound often, house-bound for years.  Nothing I tried made me better.  I was in terrible pain, no energy, and had layers and layers of symptoms that I could only see getting worse before I finally, horribly, mercifully died.  I was Mighty Stuck.

But, of course there is more ;)

Things turned around for me when I started doing a type of meditation that helped me shift, helped me utilize my spiritual senses, helped me talk to my body, helped me consciously connect with my Source, helped me let-go of fighting myself and Life as it is, helped me take charge of my life!

I started these practices over a dozen years ago: Everything inside me and outside me in my life shifted dramatically - some faster than others.  I got so excited that I started sharing that meditation, those soul practices, and other people's lives started shifting as well. 

I will share one opportunity to participate in our next training, in the next blog, right below this one.  But really, there are many pathways to transformation.  I implore you: DO NOT STOP until you find a path that works for you, whatever it is, and then Keep Going!  Because life is Awesome, you can savor it.  And the world needs you, we all need you to Thrive so you can make your own Unique contribution!

What does Trust look like?

Question Asked:

What does trust look like in the different areas of your life:
relationships, work, money, spirit, other?

My answer Today:

Energetically,
For me Trust is a vibration, a spiritual gift.

For me, it looks energetically a lot like
Validation, Truth, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Certainty, Faith, Healing that is an expereince of our Wholeness... vibrations.
Add a little miracle energy and it looks like Acceptance!
(I define these somewhat specifically, you can see here for how I use these exciting words)

For me, Trust energy is not about what They DO, or how the World Occurs,
it is a fruit of spiritual nurturing that grows, and I allow to flourish - through me, and those around me - when I say YES to Life.


Physically, Trust looks a lot like
letting go, breathing, allowing
not frozen in fear,
not re-living past horrors, not worrying future catastrophes.

Relationships, work, money, life when I let in Trust,
it looks like ease and grace
...Mmmmm, Yummy.

When I don't let in Trust, it looks like
controlling,
trying-hard,
pushing my weight around, and
missing the mark, a lot
...Ahhh, Not Yummy ; )

For so long
I didn't Trust anyone, or anything - not really, not Down-Deep
(And I am Still Healing Deeper and Deeper Here ; )

But, after some Really Crappy Stuff went down with my Partner... and a Lot of healing after that.
I have started to own that the trust doesn't lie "Out-There" with the Other person, place, thing.
Trust can only reside within Me... or not.

Can I Trust my partner?
Turns out, I had the emphasis all wrong!
It wasn't Can I Trust my PARTNER.
It was CAN *I* trust my partner.

When *I* am in the Blessing of Trust;
Then, my world,
my relationships with people, places and things,
my life is IN Trust vibration.

I expereince a Whole Different World,
which is an entirely different expereince than when I reside in UN-Trust.
From this distrusting place, NOTHING is Ever Right, Comfortable, Safe, Count-on-able...

My INTERNAL experience Completely changes, depending on which vibration I am living-in.
AND, depending on which vibration I am living-in and creating-through in my life - extraordinarily divergent EXTERNAL outcomes manifest into the world.

I like my life A LOT more, when I allow Trust to Shower upon me, grow within me, and Flourish in my world...
(And so do the people around me, you can imagine I am a bit easier to Be With ; )

Question Asked: How do You personally define Abundance?

 
My Answer, Today:

I define Abundance (the energy /vibration /spiritual gift and the conscious spiritual practice of allowing this IN)

as the incredible richness, energetic possibilities of the Universe, of the Earth, of this earth-game;

as wild, wide-open, limitless opportunity;

as the waterfall of blessings from our Source, that we are all, always within
... but often limiting /resisting.

So, Do I let that Abundance IN, or not? a little or a lot?

I believe this is determined by many factors, especially by Havingness.

I define Havingness, (the energy /vibration /spiritual gift and the conscious spiritual practice of allowing this IN)

as the ability to allow-in the Goodness:  what I have wanted, what I already Have, what I need.

Havingness is a YES to the abundance that IS.

It is opening the door when the UPS driver comes to deliver what I asked-for, ripping open the box, and playing with the contents.

Can I enjoy what I Have? A little or a lot? Briefly or ongoingly?

I believe this is determined by many factors, especially by Gratefulness.

As a soul healer, from my expereince of a lot of these energies over time, I have come to define Gratefulness (the energy /vibration /spiritual gift and the conscious spiritual practice of allowing this IN)

as the ability to BE WITH what IS.

I can enjoy, access, integrate... what I can fully be-with.

What I believe is a really interesting side-note:
I notice this Gratefulness vibration (for me) is (usually) the same color as many other energies which are also BEing with What IS, including:

• Validation = the Truth (especially of how Awesome we/they/it is).
• Certainty = trusting my expereince of what IS.
• Faith = holding onto what Certainty helped us expereince, over time - through the dark night.
• Healing that is by Knowing/Re-Accessing/Remembering the Wholeness that IS, that we/they/it IS.
• Forgiveness = same as Gratefulness, same as all these - coming to the place in our soul, where we can BE With what IS.

All these vibrations, to me, usually look the same, but have slightly different flavors /tastes /textures.

• (A closely aligned energy) Acceptance - often occurs to me as the vibration above, with a little Miracle energy in it... and it is a Potent energy, indeed.

I know you just asked about Abundance,
but as most people understand /expereince Abundance, these 3 vibrations and practices sum up how I would generally define the expereince/process:

1. Noticing I am at the best buffet ever: ALL is a Gift (Abundance).
2. Filling up my plate, my fork, my stomach, my cells; integrating/assimilating nutrition & energy: I allow what I can have, within me, now (Havingness).
3. Savoring the deliciousness of this expereince, and enjoying the results of these nutrients and empowerment in my body and in my life and in my world: BE/DOing Yummy Thank You (Gratefulness).

In conclusion:
I cannot say enough
- this is not a physical conversation, information, practice.

First and foremost, these energies /vibrations /spiritual gifts I am speaking about;
and the conscious spiritual practice of allowing this IN these blessings;
These are a soul practice.

Spiritually, the fruits that flow into our conscious expereince, our bodies, our lives and the world around us...
these are Blessings pouring from Spirit into our physical reality. 
Enhancing the joy and goodness and possibilities of our lives, in both our spiritual and physical experience.

When you Heal Yourself, you Heal the World

 
I am blessed to be half-way through Empowerment & Self Care for Healers series in Seattle, with an amazing group of budding Healers.

I was just writing some encouragement to them about a really important point, and I thought I would share it here:

• it can be called Self-care
• it can be called Heal yourself First
• it can be called lots of things, but whatever we call it, it is central to being a powerful, capable, sustainable healer/giver/helper/lover:

Put our Own Oxygen Mask on First.
If we do this, we can help others.
If we don’t do this, not only can we not sustainably help others; but things will go badly for us.
So, let's live to help another day!  Let’s put our Own Oxygen Mask on First.

IN ADDITION:  When they see us put on our oxygen mask they get modeling and permission to do it themselves!  Everyone around us shifts, become more capable, their needs are met more.
To shift metaphors: THEY learn to FISH, they don't need Our fish!

Reiterating:
In the first class, I shared the illustration of:
Fill our own cup: let the Earth fill our cup, let the Universe fill our cup, let Life fill our cup, let our Source fill our cup!

When we allow our own cup to fill up, and to overflow - we can Always Be Full... and from that place of full to overflowing, we can always be giving/helping/loving/healing... with Ease - from the overflow!

If we refuse to fill our own cup, and instead pour out to others from our own cup - we will always be thirsty, and striving... always.  The giving will COST us.

When I am thirsty, I am always Looking around for water, Taking water from whoever has it, Complaining about no water.
I become an anti-healing in the world, because I am empty, needing - I can not serve others, the world, my Source, my calling... Because I have no time - because I have to find water; and I have no energy - because I am dehydrated!

IN ADDITION: when they see us fill up our cup, they get modeling and permission to fill up their cup themselves!  Everyone around us Shifts, become more Capable, Their Needs Are Met more.  THEY learn to receive within, from the Earth, from the Universe, from Life, from their Source.  They don't need Our water, they are drinking from the Living Water that flows from within each one of us!

Reiterating:
Jesus said love others, AS you love yourself.
If we want to love and serve others,
we MUST love and serve ourselves…  let the Earth, the Universe, Life, our Source love and serve us…
If we want to Big love, Big serve, Big help, Big heal others;
then we Must allow/invite being Big loved, Big served, Big helped, Big healed ourselves…

IN ADDITION: when we fill up with love and self-care, we not only allow love IN, more and more we BE Love in the world.  Not only do the people we want to serve get modeling and permission to Allow Love IN.
They energetically learn how to BE Love in their world.
And THEN their friends, family, workmates get a taste of this Love habit too - and so on, and so on...
We send a ripple of Love and Care out through the world... a ripple that has no end.


I say this in dozens of ways in class,
I hope we all hear it, and then BE it, deeper and deeper:
When you Heal Yourself, you heal the World.

Can we Magically Change Ourselves and our World? Miraculous Possibilities Accessed when we Change Consciousness

This past September, I facilitated a 3-day Advanced Healers Program retreat in the Methow Valley.  We enjoyed fun community, spiritual breakthroughs and the delicious energy and beauty of Momma Nature.  We also spent one of the mornings providing outdoor service to a couple of families who had been hard-hit by fire and flood this past summer.

On this trip I had an intense conversation with Madeline, she has less doubt than I do, more faith that we Are spirit in bodies, playing and creating in this world. 
I still struggle with my intellect, in some ways... although so much less than I used to! 
We went back and forth, in a friendly and respectful way about this reality, about how 'fixed' it is, how out-of-the-box miracles can be.

Some background:
I finally succumbed to psychic (soul) training after a many years-long chronic illness. It wasn't my first-choice, it was a spiritual imperative. Basically, I finally realized, after much suffering, that I had a choice: staying in my current consciousness and enduring a long, painful death OR being willing to shift my consciousness through psychic (soul) training.
I am stubborn, it took me many years to choose to shift through soul training, but I did choose life, and I did change ; ) 

I entered Psychic training with a vengeance, unstoppable to heal myself and assist others to heal, as well.  But, I had to manage my formidable intellectualizing, my natural body-doubt of all things anti-intellectual, anti-material.
And if there is one thing that is the opposite of the intellect (opposite of all the body defaults:  feelings, survival impulses, control games, etc) it is psychic (soul) training  - in which we learn to embrace the soul senses, our spiritual information and abilities.

HOW was I gonna do soul-training while my BodyMind was SO in-charge? 
I am a schemer, so I made a structure of separation and worked within that structure for a dozen years.
It went something like this: Because:
- Spirit is spirit, and physical is physical - and never can the two fully understand each other.
- Spirit is known by spiritual senses, not body senses; and vice-versa.
- Spirit cannot by measured, quantified, proven/dis-proven by physical means, by science.

Therefore (this is where I went awry): 
- All miracles (when things go differently than average/generally expected) have spiritual reasons as well as physical reasons behind them.
- Scientific laws always stay in effect.
- Even when crazy-amazing stuff happens, materialistic cause-and-effect is always in effect!

This system of limitation, based on the separation of body/spirit 'worked' for me. 
In the beginning it was necessary.
But, I believe in the long-run it has gotten in the way of opening to fast, easy, miraculous personal healing for myself and in assisting others.

I can see more and more clearly that:
- I am great with healing Process.  Amazing shifts within, with incremental shifts externally.
- I am less-great with wildly magical healing, mind-bending leaps, immediately manifest in the physical.

So, on our Methow service adventure, I talked to Madeline about this, I heard her say my scientific perspective was limiting, and agreed. But, her unreasonable faith in the malleability of this reality was not enrolling for me - just as so many other's perspectives before hers didn't shake me. 
Under all the spiritual veneer, I was a materialist; and as much as I wanted to open to an irrational leap - I could not, would not. 

But, in some new way, the gauntlet had been thrown-down.
Something had to change.
I just didn't know what, or how.

Some background:
I admire folks with a lot of faith/spiritual certainty, but their experience isn't my expereince. I need my own spiritual expereince, to grok fully for myself.  It is a pain in the neck to have so much doubt, so much stubbornness. I am like doubting Thomas:

²⁴ Now Thomas... one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. ²⁵ So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!”
But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”  - John 20

I need to expereince for myself.  This isn't all bad.
Check out the end of the Thomas story:

²⁶ A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” ²⁷ Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”  - John 20

This reminds me of the conclusion of the Job saga:
great blessing that is worth the dramatic roller-coaster, IMO:

      5“I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear;
            But now my eye sees You  - Job 42

So, anyway... About a month went by, after my conversation with Madeline about the malleability of this reality.  Then, I read a chapter called 'don Juan and Jesus' by Joseph Chilton Pearce - and boom!
What he said made Sense to me, it was like I read it AND revelation came.  And I shifted around this issue - spiritually, the shift happened fast and immediately - more slowly on a soul-level (where body and spirit dance, where rubber hits road)
Meanwhile, it is slowly integrating for the last 2 months.
And as I look back, A LOT has shifted in two months - hmmm.

The timing of all this is very interesting. I'd had the book on my bookshelf for 5+ years.  I'd bought it on a whim, when a local used bookstore closed and I filled a brown bag full of some of their last dregs books for $10. Then I had started actually reading it about a year or so ago.
It lived by my bed, and I would read it intermittently between library books and sci-fi/fantasy novels.  The book is Seeing Castaneda: Reactions to the "Don Juan" Writings of Carlos Castaneda, editor Daniel Noel.  Honestly, the book did very little for me, I rarely enjoyed it and got little insight from it. Each new time I picked it up, I wondered: Why am I reading this book?
But, I am all about inertia, so I kept reading - it wasn't until the book was almost over that I had my boom-moment ; )

I have no idea if reading the 'don Juan and Jesus' chapter will do anything for you.  I don't necessarily agree with all he says, but it was very useful for me, nonetheless.
I believe, when we have ears to hear / eyes to see spiritually, we can get revelation from reading a cereal box.
Meanwhile, it turns out the Original book:  The Crack in the Cosmic Egg: New Constructs of Mind and Reality, containing this chapter (9), page 153, is available free at this link - in case you are interested. An the reused book (as well as others by Pearce) are available inexpensively online - I am ingesting and integrating his books slowly over time (eating the fruit, spitting out the pits ; )

I am just starting to grok just how much we can Magically Change Ourselves and our World: 
Thanks for reading my story about the most miraculous change of all:
changing consciousness.

When we have a shift in consciousness, we can perceive and create something new - magically manifesting / attracting / co-creating a different experience:  other possibilities accessed through non-ordinary (not our usual expereince of) reality.
Fundamentally, we allow-in the blessing of a vibrational shift, and the song and dance of our lives (and all around us) shifts too.

These beliefs block our ability to receive the unlimited flow of abundance that the universe constantly offers to us.

Do you want to let Blessings IN, but you don't know how?

Blessings of Amazing Abundance and Possibility are around us, all the time and everywhere.
But, many of us are not letting them in!
Most of us, aren't letting IN, all the blessings that we could .

What are the nuts and bolts of Allowing Blessings IN...
into our bodies, our lives, our world?

My belief and experience is:
we Be in the waterfall of these blessings from our Source.
The water, these blessings, get all over us, and every one and every thing near us... and into our dear earth.

If we stay in this flow, stay with this Goodness... our Source fills us Up - all the way UP!
Which takes some time for most of us, because most of us are SO empty!!
But then, when we are FULL, then as we stay in these blessings, they pour out of us continually... as we let our Source keep pouring them in and through us… as fruit of the spirit.

We really do live in a constant flow of Grace, Beauty, Gratefulness, Forgiveness, Mercy... as well as all the Fruit that Paul names in the Christian Bible (Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Gentleness, Humilty, Kindness, Self-Control {Seniority}, Faith) - and So Much More!!

WHEN we say YES to the flow, which our Source is always pouring on ALL of us -
At the Same Time, these blessings splash all over everyone we come in contact with!
The more flow we say YES to, the Bigger the flow, the More flow, the more everyone and everything is blessed!

Jesus lived in a Niagara of blessings,
and Everyone near him was transformed.
(unless they were a Big Fat Committed NO NO NO... wonderful, terrible Free Will ; )
…  Jesus showed them how to live this way then, and still he spiritually can show us how to live this way now!

I think it is interesting to note:

• When we refuse this flow for ourselves, we can't really facilitate this flow for others... Actually, it is even more than that, when we refuse this flow for ourselves, we discourage this flow of blessings for others.
• On the other hand, when we refuse this flow for others, we can't really have the flow of blessings in ourselves.

SO, for example:
This is why forgiveness is SO very important!
... If we limit goodness for our 'enemies', we limit it in ourselves. Period.

It is not that the Universe does not pour forgiveness on us without end, because it does. But, we can't really let it IN... unless it is a waterfall that splashes on everyone!

If we do not allow the blessing of forgiveness of others, we do not allow blessing of forgiveness in ourselves.
This helps me understand what Jesus said: If you do not forgive, you are not forgiven; if you do forgive, you are forgiven.
WOW.

It is very important to note:
I am not saying we should TRY to forgive, or believe we forgive, or think about forgiving, or read books about forgiving, or do exercises about forgiving!
I am not saying we should beat ourselves up if we don't want to forgive!
I am not saying we should FEEL any different!

Feeling is body communication, and for most of us, our bodies have been though hell!
Our bodies should feel angry, sad, frustrated, UN-trusting, afraid... whatever they are.
We can meet our bodies where they are, love them, help them be safe, communicate with them, help them heal!!
We Must take care for our bodies!!

And meanwhile, what I am talking about is a spiritual choice - to say YES to God and the blessings of God.
I am speaking of spiritual experience of forgiveness.

Are you Ready for life to be EASIER? (secret:) You don't have to be GOOD (or bad!)

If we stop trying hard to be GOOD, look good, act good, do good...
we will run amok, our lives will go down-hill.
I let this LIE stop me, do you?

If we stop trying SO hard
to live up to some picture of what Good might be,
being some 'perfect' person living an 'ideal' life:

• We will be 'in trouble' (even more!), 
• Our lives will stop 'working' (even more!), 
• People won't like us (even more!)

It is useful to write this down!
It sounds somewhat feasible in the semi-conscious action of my life,
but consciously, on 'paper' in the Light, the absurdity becomes more obvious!

Are you willing to let your life get messy now and then?

When I clean out my closet (which, admittedly, rarely happens)
But, when I do - my relatively neat room, becomes a complete mess... awash is stuff everywhere!
The, of course, I get rid of some stuff, reorganize, and the room and the closet become more organized.
My efficiency rises, ease rises, aesthetics rise... but only after they take a big dip!

Same with letting go of ACTING Good.
Sure, sometimes thing will get wonky for awhile,
like all real life, in a world of change: life, relationships sometimes get wonky.
This is just par for the course.

We can't Control the vicissitudes of life, of people...
And it makes us crazy to try!

Want to Accept Life more on its own terms? 

I know ALL is One, Light, Love, Whole... spiritually;
But in this World of Opposites, I get Hooked.
I want to Win, I want to be Popular, Loved, Chosen, Right, Successful...
So I try to be Good, or at least Seem Good, Act Good.

But attaching to Good, is just living a Lie.
Life occurs as Black and While, AND everything in between.
Life occurs as Up and Down, AND everything in between.
Life occurs as Good and Bad, AND everything in between.

Do you want to find more Balance?

When we have been holding ourselves SO far to the White for awhile,
it is a natural balancing behavior to go careening off to the Black,
but soon we find a comfortable equilibrium, if we stop holding on SO tight.

A lot of times when we are experiencing big swings,
or fighting to Sta WAY far Left or far Right...
intense complying and/or intense resisting certain realities or parts of ourself.
We get Mighty STUCK in imbalance.

We are Not any more Free in resistance than we are in compliance.
We are Not any more free when we are attached to Up; than when we are avoiding Up, and therefore we have to be Down.

Many times, we find ourselves back and forth along one thin line, with no real choice,
caught in a dichotomy when there is a world of choices out there,
if we could just Lettttt Goooooo...

Are you willing to do your spiritual work today? so you can Enjoy more Rest for the rest of your life?

There is Freedom available for us, spiritually - and this rest can then leak into our physical life.
Let's let go of the yoke of Bondage to Good, and the other Ideals we have a strangle-grip-on.
There is Rest available for our soul, while playing joyfully in this world.

Let us labor to enter that rest, do the spiritual work that only we can do:

• Free ourselves from the dichotomies of this world,
• Be ourselves, and 
• Allow life to be SO Much Easier!

In your Life Experiment, WHY are you Getting Crappy Results?

Many years go, a friend I love and respect asked me something like this:

Why are you investing So heavily in the theory that
spiritual reality is real,
spiritual healing is possible,
spiritual transformation is the lever you need to shift your life?

At the time, the jury was still out. I had been sick and stuck for about a decade.
I had started investing in my current path, but the rewards hadn’t come yet - I had planted many seeds that hadn’t yet sprouted.
I believed that I was really on to something - and I was!
But very little was yet showing in the outside world.

So, I said to him - I am consciously making an experiment of my life:

•   Is this spiritual stuff real or isn’t it?
•   Does being who I AM and following my spiritual senses WORK or NOT?
•   Is God REAL or not?
•   Does following my unique spiritual path 'work'?  Does it ‘pay off’ or doesn’t it?

He said - this is a Big Gamble!
What if this doesn’t work out?
What if you are wrong?

I said - it is my life and this is how I choose to invest it
I believe it is worth a try!

And I am so grateful to report, since I started this experiment in earnest Autumn of 2002, it has actually worked-out swimmingly!

Most of us are not conscious that
ALL of us utilize our lives as experiments!

But most of us are not really clear on what we are testing and what results we really want.
We usually take some form of what parents, teachers, peers, authorities, religions, corporations, bankers, and marketers say - their beliefs, limits, expectations, shoulds
And we live THROUGH that - in compliance and/or resistance to this programming.

Sometimes as we get more mature, we get more conscious.
We mean to live through idea(s) of poets, writers, religious thought or doctrine,
or an Ideal like Love, Peace, Joy.
Or a targeted outcome - making a ‘good’ living, a ‘happy’ family life, being a ’nice’ or 'giving’ person

SO,
What are you testing?
What are your results?
DO you want an Easier way to get better Results?

How about this:

What would it mean for you to finally walk the path to COME HOME TO YOURSELF?

•  BE with your body, your desires, your tastes, your delights
•  Take back your own Free-WIll - own back your will from the education, socialization, ethics, religion, thought and expectations you have been marinating-in, releasing the programming we get packed with.

THEN from the Driver’s Seat of your body, your life, your soul - to really hear, see, touch, taste, smell, know your True Self and your Own Self.

•  Not who you should BE, but who you ARE.
•  Not what you should DO, but what your true expression IS.
•  Not where you should GO, but your Natural Flowing, Shining, Service in the world.

What would that be like for you?
Wanna find out?

You can't be who you Really ARE, can you? (Yes! Come on in, the water's fine)

• Are you holding the opposites within yourself  - BOTH this And that?
• Do you wonder how you hold So Many voices, within yourself?
• Do you hide the beauty and terror of your internal expereince, and instead opt to fit-in?

Me Too! 

• Are you Leaving Out parts of who you are?
• Do you cover-up parts of yourself with some folks, and other parts of yourself from other folks?
• Are there choices you have made - are making - that you would rather no one see?

Me Too!
And
I am learning a new way - to be more integrated, authentic... I bet you are too!

It has taken a lifetime for me to learn, and I am still integrating:

• I really can be spiritually a Mystic and intellectually an Agnostic.
• I really can be Queer and love God.
• I really can come from a Christian Foundation, and love the Earth and the Female Face(s) of the Divine.
  .

• I really can be a Leader and Teacher, as an Introvert.
• I really can be a Healer, even though I have experienced much of my life as Broken.
• I really can serve businesses, organizations, and individuals of all stripes as a Psychic - utilizing soul senses and abilities out in the World.

What are your challenges in being yourself?  holding your opposites?

I can not only LIVE my paradoxes, my dichotomies,
OWN back the lost parts of myself...
I can do it with JOY,
and I can do it in SERVICE.

Are you wanting this kind of thing for yourself?

I can BE all of myself here AND there.
I can talk Jesus with Pagans.
I can talk Soul with Agnostics.
I can talk Bisexuality and Polyamory with church ladies.
Etc.

How are you practicing this in your life?

The more I do it, the easier it is, the better I am heard;
and the more my world shifts, integrates...

Owning all these parts of myself is actually a blessing, not just to me, but for everyone.
Finding wholeness matters.
Modeling wholeness matters.
Acting from our wholeness matters.

Do you want to make this kind of difference in the world?

I am in the continual process of owning and integrating these many disparate parts of myself,
parts of myself that I enjoy more or less, 
parts that are more or less acceptable, in our shared reality;
allowing myself to be myself, become myself in all my unique human beauty.

So are you!
All of us really CAN be who we ARE.
Let's play together, learn together, laugh together, grow together, inspire each other, open our world!

Is Striving for Success leaving you Unfulfilled?

We can never be rich enough, powerful enough, beautiful enough
to make us feel happy and safe, to believe we are good enough...

Many of us feel empty, hollow, hungry...
like dogs at the track, running after a rabbit we can never catch.

And when we do get a bit of success, it is not long before we feel empty, hollow, hungry... again.
It is like eating candy bar for lunch, it does not satisfy our true needs.

This is because the way we are programmed around success in this culture is a Lie.
If we 'buy' all the information around what success IS and how we should go about it, we are unlikely to end up happy, fulfilled.
If we actually get anywhere near the goals this world set for us, we find out we have squandered our lives for fool's gold. 

The way to be happy,
to be truly successful,
to make a true difference in our world...

is not to follow the herd, not to play small (or to ACT big),
and certainly not to try to operate under all the lies we are told about who we are, what we should do & have, and how we should look, act & be.

The world doesn't need anymore widgets, any more cookie-cutter people.
The world needs YOU.
This is why you are here!
If you don't do what you are here to do, NO ONE CAN.


Being ourselves, aligning with our Source is True Success
... even though we have been programmed otherwise!

The secret to living fulfilled lives is to actually:

• BE uniquely ourselves.
• DO our unique calling/path/expression of us.
• Shine our unique Light.

Sure fine, But HOW?

One of many ways to answer this:
Jesus outlined a relatively straightforward process:
If we want to be well-fed, well-dresses, well-taken-care-of... successful adults, then we:

seek ye first the reign of God and His righteousness, and all these shall be added to you.
- Matthew 6:33

Seek first the Kingdom (Reign) of Heaven = seek spiritual reality and operate from soul information, not from physical focus, pulls of the body/flesh and worldly rules, programming, expectations, and limits.

and God's Righteousness =
  - Listening to and Believing the Voice the Leading of Spirit in our lives (Abraham believed God and it was reckoned to him as righteousness).
  - BEING in right relationship with our Source, in alignment with Spirit, Light, Love, Truth, our spiritual information and our Path...

- and all the necessities of life come to us = we are fulfilled, our needs are met, we are free from striving and worry, to go love and to serve in the world!


This means:
- BEING who we Really Are = a child in the royal family, a spark of the Divine in this world.
- Aligning with Light Love Truth
- DOING what we are actually called to DO by the Living God, who did not get laryngitis 2,000 years ago!

This means:
- Going to your Source
- Finding out who you are
- Filling UP with Glory
- And the going out to DO what ONLY YOU CAN DO in the world.

This is success beyond imagining, it is wealth beyond the dreams of avarice.
And it is available to each and every one of us...
Let's GO!

• We are FILLED & HEALED & FREED Spiritually.

• We continually let go of the old self and the old ways (this sometimes feels like DYING, because it is!).
• We continually open to Life HERE & NOW, as it is, as we are.
• We WALK our own Unique Soul Path, which becomes clearer and clearer, as we walk it.

Do you Really want to WIN the Game of Life?

• Say YES to your Source, and get ready for the Ride of your Life!
• Your mind will be BLOWN by what you do, who you be, with-whom you go, where you end up.

What can I get from Introduction to Meditation and Soul Tools classes?

I have been sharing Introduction to Meditation and Soul Tools class with hundreds of people, since 2005.
