Thanks Wendy!  I couldn't believe how effective yesterday's session was! 
In two and a half hours, many years of Catholic conditioning and the resulting resentment were set aside.  I always felt bad for not buying into their story, like it meant there was something wrong with me.  And all this time it was just somebody else's great big story.  I didn't fully grasp that until we contrasted the Supreme Being and religion.  Amazing.
Also, the realization that ascension is just awareness and not a physical change of place was a huge epiphany for me.  As was the related realization that my body is not "bad," that it's just a vessel and not a conscious entity to blame for all of my problems.  I've been fighting with myself and blaming my body.  Pretty futile.

So many changes, emotionally charged ones; and then the geography, culture and pace of this place is not relaxing at all, so that was a change too. I was not feeling great, hard to stay centered (I think my body was really tripped out)....so, i put on a 3rd chakra recording you sent and had a big session.
It was after that, it really clicked (I had realizations and then a confronting conversation).
Glad I'm here even though it has been difficult, another thing under the belt, another hard situation managed with greater ease, the more I depended on God.

One of my Ongoing Personal Training Clients wrote out the following list and shared it with me.  She did this of her own accord, to validate herself and her process, and to validate and support my ministry. I share it here, in case it might inspire you:

What I was looking for that I found in practices guided by Wendy:

• A personalized spiritual path, which was not dictated to me but discovered by me.

• Greater understanding of what is true inside of me. (Emotions, capabilities, places to work on, lies or false beliefs which were unconsciously disrupting the peace available to me.)

• A sense of power to change my own life.

• Practical tools for stress relief and acceptance of what is.

• All situations have become “good situations” in that they are full of lessons.

• My focus has shifted slightly from what is outside of me to what is inside.

• I’m finding that I have all that I need right now.

• Meditation that “worked” for me. That is to say the tools that we use were something I felt able to adopt without struggle.

• Expedited spiritual growth.

• Wendy’s prompting helped me navigate the unfamiliar world of meditation.

• Her energy helps anchor so that my new practice was able to get traction quickly. I saw results in my life after the first time I meditated with Wendy and I haven’t stopped working with the tools I used that day for any extended period of time since.

• This practice has become an integral part of my life.

• I’ve let go of beliefs that were not serving me, which before meditating with Wendy’s guidance I did not truly believe could be changed.

• I had a spiritual path before starting work with Wendy, but my weekly commitment and at-home daily practice has taken it to the next stage of its evolution. I was looking for a way to not just believe in God but to know God and I have been finding that here.

Things become easier. I am more connected to all; human relationships, my relationship with myself, society, and Spirit.

I had my lesson on Sunday and I just imagined swimming along side the dolphins - that they would be there for me every stroke of the way.  And at the end of the pool, each way there were some more dolphins waiting and cheering me on.  It really was fun!

Tough morning. I so often wake up with that hopeless despair. I'm so glad we discovered how to shift all that. The session yesterday was great. I can't believe how much self loathing and self punishment is in my system. No wonder that sense of hopeless despair.
Its so hard for me to be gentle and kind to myself. The wall or door we hit yesterday was so strong. The truth I see now it that my belief from so long is: that that is who I am, that bad person with no good and no hope and no deserving. I really just want to cry when I think about it.
Thank you so much for your help. I hope I am moving as much as you are seeing. I have a hard time believing that someday I will not be carrying all of this any more. It seems so foreign. I can remember carrying this since I was so young, pre-teen.

Hey Wendy, I had a great day today at the beach with some girlfriends. As I was driving home I was really happy. I also noticed how comfortable I am getting with time with myself. I'm around people all the time, but I'm becoming more and more conscious of my ability to be happy when I'm "alone."

Huge realization just now. Wish I could summarize it in a quick phrase, but.. It boils down to churches with lots of "God told me's ... but no real teaching of (or knowledge of) how to connect with the Divine. I am seeing how your ministry addresses connection with the Divine, and discernment of spiritual impressions.
People get pretty beaten-up by the whole "God told me" thing . . . because, "who am I to argue with The Man of God" . . . I don't have a lot of baggage with this stuff, but sure felt it up-close-and-personal. Years ago, in a little evening church service, one of the pastors told us: "We've all got thoughts rolling through our mind day in and day out ... so what you want to do is pay attention to that stuff, and the loudest voice, well, people, That's God." I almost screamed. Wow. That's dangerous!
Spiritual Discernment is the point.

Ok, Wendy. God has told me clearly that I am ready and it is time to continue. I really need some spiritual direction and soul counseling with you. There has been a lot that has come to light in my life that still has me shocked. I don't know what God is doing, but he is doing something. He's moving fast, I have to get ready for whatever is coming.
I am seeing a regular counselor about twice a month, and it's helpful, but he can't give the spiritual direction that I need. He is very non-directive and I could use someone to ask hard questions, help me dig deeper, help me hear from God.
I need to be able to talk about everything, and I can't do that with anyone here.

I’d been searching for a way to meditate, but was left mostly reading spiritual books and praying to get in my daily devotion. I just wanted to send you a note.  Today was pretty amazing for me.  Today is one of those days I will remember for the rest of my life.  A completely new door is opening!!! :D 
I wanted to say thank you again to you, and the 3 students that read me... SO spot on with everything...  I have never had a reading before.  I came with an open mind & heart.  While the reading was happening I really tried to be as open to the readers mentally as possible, because I wanted them to see as much of me as possible, for me too.  There were a few points that were pretty deep, I almost cried!  Students were very polite and caring, checked to see if I was doing ok, through the whole thing (which I was).   I pretty much haven't stopped thinking about my reading since I left.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that it was ABSOLUTELY amazing during the reading you did for me.  That you 'saw' that I had been running earth energy and the energy of 'havingness'

Hell yeah, I want to come to the workshop, in my personal opinion the long Ascended Master Workshops are what its all about. They have been milestones in my practice, so grateful for past ones. Especially the one where we rotated between Masters.

Ha ha imagine that!   After our session together yesterday, today work is going a lot better.  I meditated this morning and chipped away at some of my distrust/lack of faith in self, God etc. I think its something I've been working on, but my shifts on the physical are really bringing it to the surface. There's more to work on, but I made a statement that I'm ready to start letting some of it go. Violet helped.
Kicked some ass at my job, got a link worth $1400 for free just by calling someone on the phone. Now I don't feel as frustrated, because at least I know I'm not in any chance of getting fired. And they switched me to a new task which is less frustrating. Still open to shifting work direction to a better job, but nice this one is going better.
You're such a great friend Wendy. I really appreciate you so much.

I know you don't need validation, but I just wanted to tell you that was an absolute revelation!! Feeling so powerful and full of love!
Also just so you know, what you said about this whole 'playing nice' thing being connected to my Mum and also my job makes so much sense! When I was a kid my mums two jobs were cleaning and reception work, my job is those two things rolled into one and I play the nice role a lot here!!
I walked along the beach to my car singing and could feel and hear how much clearer my throat chakra is!
Honestly all this doesn't come close to describing what a revelation this was for me!!

Thank you for the reading/healing the other day.  The look you did about my diet was amazing.  I was so excited for a couple days afterward because it really felt right.
I'm working into that diet, somewhat slowly, as you suggested.  I've always struggled with carbohydrate cravings, which have suddenly gone away.
This diet is so easy for me.  In the past food has always been a struggle for me.  In "Wendy terms", this diet has helped me take the effort out of my relationship with food.
I bought red cabbage, beets and avocados.  I'm planning to make that salad.  I spoke to someone about your look who explained that cabbage (that you kept seeing) has lots of nutrients.

Today will be my first day trying to give up refined sugar, chocolate, desserts, etc. It is hard because sugar is in everything! But I am taking baby steps. I couldn't sleep last night because I was so nervous about this! Can you believe that?!
During my meditation last night I felt extremely empowered by God to do this. I was reaffirmed that the Candida is blocking me from God and others.  I know I can do this! For now, I am just trying to stay away from the majors and I think I will take it a step further, down the road - perhaps next week or the following week.  Thank you for all the support!  You are the catalyst in so much positive change in my life! You're support and teachings mean the world to me! <3

Very interesting experience writing tonight after our session...
This time instead of the olden days of the critic just squashing the writing there was more of a dance going on.
I would follow my thread to wherever it went next, and then read it through and see how it changed direction or detracted for the main point or got me off track!
It is a recent phenomenon that the critic is making useful contributions to my writing.  I take it as a manifestation of spirit/body making peace and working together better.
... Finally I'm not having to throw everything into a piece at once as if I'd never get another chance or couldn't trust I'd ever write again or there would ever be readers again or whatever it was.
And I like the piece that I finally posted. Ha!  Great healing tonight. Shifting is so wonderful.  Great to be working together and relating again.

It is fun!  I have learned how to ground, run energy and work with my own energy. Wendy has guided me through exercises that have helped me: accept myself, release negative energy, and interact positively with others.
The most important thing I have learned about this training is that I am on a spiritual path.  The spiritual tools I have picked up have helped me develop a keen insight of that path, that journey. Going forward, it is I who is able to comfortably live in control of my choice of emotion and choice of will.

Hi Wendy, I wanted to thank you for the meditation exercises we did yesterday in Princeton...  This was only the 2nd group meditation that I participated in and the meditation techniques you taught worked for me!  When you come back to New Jersey, i would like to take your classes, on healing or meditation, because I want tools to use that work for me.
I loved your sense of humor and laughter.  Its such a blessing to be able to teach these gifts and for those who receive them as well.
Since 6/08, i have been on my journey of self discovery, I came from a verbal / emotional abusive childhood. That unknowingly, was affecting my working world.  I did psychodynamic therapy to understand the why and letting out all the 'repressed feelings'.  I needed to know how to combat the negative thoughts that arise when I am stressed.  I believe the tools you taught yesterday are my answer. I would like to learn much more!

Big growth for me (moving your business takes a little time) ;)  I am so happy to have found you!  Even though things are tough...  there ARE brighter days in my future.  With this change I am making, many other changes happen, kind of at the same time, things are happening slow & fast at the same time.
Having the tools we learn... is seriously life changing.  I am a bit on the OCD side.  I don't let it get the best of me, but I am a super detail oriented person and sometime these big life changes can take over everything, our time, our thoughts, etc. But since learning the tools, the big life changing things that happen, happen so much easier.
Its still "hard" for me to tell someone something they don't want to hear, but I find I have an easier time putting on the "big girl pants" since using our tools.
I know these are life tools.  I wish I would have had them earlier, but sure am happy I have them now!  Thanks for letting me share,  <3 you!  You are an amazing instructor, I am glad/excited we will have the last half of the program together.  :)
