Address and Directions:

Key Center Building
601 108th AVE NE, Bellevue, WA 98004, WA
Suite 1800

Park beneath the Key Center Building, stay left when you go beneath the building.
Take elevator to lobby, go left, Take elevator to 18th floor. 
Please plan an extra 10 minutes to park, take 2 elevators, and arrive at the office
(Make sure your parking stub is validated before you leave the office )

Print and bring your pre-course worksheet 
Pad/Journal and pen
Water Bottle
Any food or snacks that you need, if you have challenges regarding the menu below.
Wear whatever feels comfortable for you

Important Question:
     Do you know basic psychic tools? 
(Grounding, Centering, Golden Sun/Waterfall, Releasing energy, Creating & Letting Go and Growth Periods)

If yes, you will be able to participate with Lynn in the Violet Flame!

If no, you will meet with Wendy to learn basic tools.
Please consider learning basic skills ahead of time, so you don’t miss anything!  You can:

• schedule a session with Lynn or Wendy ahead of time, to learn (Register and pay $197 by January 21st and you receive a complementary hour session with one of us, before or after the workshop), AND/OR
• please come to HOLY MOSES! Reclaim Leadership over your Domain (Meditation Workshop), Friday Jan 30th 6-9pm

12:45 -1:30 Lunch (12:50 - 1:10 3rd set of healings scheduled - 20 minutes each)

1:30 - 2:30 - 3rd session - Don't let MIRAGES Stop you on your Path!

2:30 - 3 - break (2:35 - 2:55 4th set of healings scheduled)

It is fun! I have learned how to ground, run energy and work with my own energy. Wendy has guided me through exercises that have helped me: accept myself, release negative energy, and interact positively with others.

•  I had some very powerful experiences during some (most!) of the exercises.

In two and a half hours, many years of Catholic conditioning and the resulting resentment were set aside.  I always felt bad for not buying into their story, like it meant there was something wrong with me.  And all this time it was just somebody else's great big story.  I didn't fully grasp that until we contrasted the Supreme Being and religion.  Amazing.
Also, the realization that ascension is just awareness and not a physical change of place was a huge epiphany for me.  As was the related realization that my body is not "bad," that it's just a vessel and not a conscious entity to blame for all of my problems.  I've been fighting with myself and blaming my body.  Pretty futile.

Another great meditation with the Teresa recording this morning. I've been learning some great new tricks from her each time I listen to it.
I notice that my life is so positive. I am a lot more forgiving of myself.  I see the beauty in that (my perceived "flaws" being accepted, used, etc), which Teresa pointed out I can apply to my perceptions of others (their imperfections, annoyances) as well.

'3rd Chakra Meditation' Audio
So many changes, emotionally charged ones; and then the geography, culture and pace of this place is not relaxing at all, so that was a change too. I was not feeling great, hard to stay centered (I think my body was really tripped out)....so, i put on a 3rd chakra recording you sent and had a big session.
It was after that, it really clicked (I had realizations and then a confronting conversation).
Glad I'm here even though it has been difficult, another thing under the belt, another hard situation managed with greater ease, the more I depended on God.
